Mumm Napa is the 1970s California transplant of the classic French region, with roots going back to the founder, G.H. Mumm, and the original 1827 label. Their specialty is an exquisite line of the finest hand-crafted sparkling wines with an unmatched dedication to quality. And they’ve acquired the awards and accolades to back it up.
The winemaking region was hand-selected for Mumm Napa vineyards by G.H. Mumm himself as the best spot for Champagne grapes. They soon fully integrated their traditional French methods and techniques, which no doubt played a significant role in being the first California Sparkling winery to receive a 94-point rating from Wine Spectator.
Mumm Napa has also earned the Napa Green Certification, awarded to local wineries that exemplify environmental and economic sustainability in their practices. The certification confirms that the vineyard implements specific practices for soil preservation, responsible water use, and wildlife protection. Truly a label worth celebrating and celebrating with.
